Supio is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Marketing Specialist to join their growing team. The role involves coordinating high-impact events, driving lead-generation initiatives, and building strategic partnerships to achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing field marketing activities, managing vendor relationships, and collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute field marketing activities, including trade shows, conferences, roadshows, and partner events, ensuring seamless logistics and impactful attendee experiences
• Manage vendor relationships and on-site event execution to maximize ROI
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create compelling event content and promotional campaigns that drive attendance and engagement
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and industry events
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify key strategic partnerships and nurture relationships
• Work closely with the marketing team to align lead generation efforts with marketing campaigns and strategies
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand their requirements and ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads
• Generate regular reports on lead generation activities, including the number of leads identified, qualified, and passed to sales

Skills

• Bachelor's degree
• 1+ years of experience in field marketing or event planning roles
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Proficiency in full tech stack for business (MS Office, Google Workspace)
• Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo)
• Ability to travel up to 40% of time to support field marketing events and business development activities
