Audio DSP Engineer - Customer Engineering
Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. is a leader in mobile wireless communications & computing chipsets. They are seeking an Audio DSP Engineer to support customers with integrating and customizing Qualcomm software, focusing on Audio DSP software support on embedded platforms.

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Software Applications Engineering, Software Development experience, or related work experience
- Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 1+ year of Software Applications Engineering, Software Development experience, or related work experience
- PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- 1+ year of any combination of academic and/or work experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc
- 1+ year of any combination of academic and/or work experience with debugging techniques
- Strong C/C++ programming skills (required)
- Device driver programming and debugging with JTAG/other tools (required)
- Understanding of DSP processing, audio technologies, audio software stack, Linux kernel etc
- Knowledge of microprocessor architecture and cache subsystem
- Strong Debugging skills on generic processors
- Knowledge of OS/system performance profiling and optimization techniques a plus
- Strong team player
