[Remote] Remote Personal Lines Central Account Manager

The Remote Personal Lines Central Account Manager will build rapport with existing customers, respond to inquiries, process insurance requests, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Build rapport with existing customers to offer the best solutions to their specific needs
- Provide timely responses to inquiries via phone and email
- Process certificates, endorsements, and binder requests for personal lines insurance policies
- Cross-sell products to existing customers
- Ensure a positive customer experience with every interaction
Skills
- At least one year of Property and Casualty Insurance experience
- Active Property and Casualty Insurance License in ND, SD, NE, WI, MN, IN, OH, IA, MI
- Located in the Central Standard Time Zone
- Successful track record of meeting and exceeding goals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Multiple licenses preferred
