[Remote] Appointment Setter

They are seeking highly self-motivated Appointment Setters to originate off-market acquisition targets through cold calling business owners and to schedule qualified acquisition discussions with the Principal.
Responsibilities
- Cold call business owners to originate off-market acquisition opportunities
- Work skip-traced owner lists and maintain disciplined outbound activity
- Qualify owners based on business size and motivation to sell
- Schedule acquisition discussions directly on leadership calendars
- Follow up with owners to advance conversations
- Maintain accurate CRM records and call notes
Skills
- Prior experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or deal origination
- Thick skin and consistency with high volume outbound calling
- Clear communication skills and professional phone presence
- Strong organization and CRM discipline
