Job Summary

As an Entry-Level Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data. You will be responsible for inputting and maintaining data into our systems, reviewing data for errors or discrepancies, and organizing and maintaining electronic files or physical records. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and proficient in data entry and typing.

Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Inputting Data Accurately: You will be responsible for inputting data accurately into our systems using provided software or spreadsheets. This requires attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring the accuracy of the data.
  • Reviewing Data for Errors: You will review data for errors or discrepancies and correct any inconsistencies. This involves verifying the accuracy of the data and making any necessary corrections.
  • Organizing and Maintaining Electronic Files: You will be responsible for organizing and maintaining electronic files or physical records as needed. This involves ensuring that all files are up-to-date, accurate, and easily accessible.
  • Performing Regular Backups: You will perform regular backups of important data to ensure its safety. This involves creating backups of critical data and storing them in a secure location.
  • Ensuring Confidentiality: You will ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information by following established protocols. This involves maintaining the confidentiality of client data and adhering to all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborating with Team Members: You will collaborate with team members to verify the accuracy of entered data. This involves working closely with colleagues to ensure that all data is accurate and up-to-date.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: You will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent qualification. Additional certifications in a relevant field are a plus.
  • Previous Experience in an Administrative Role: While previous experience in an administrative role is preferred, it is not required. This is an entry-level position, and we are looking for someone who is eager to learn and grow with arenaflex.

To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies:

  • Strong Attention to Detail: You will need to have a strong attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring the accuracy of the data.
  • Excellent Organizational Skills: You will need to be highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Data Entry and Typing: You will need to be proficient in data entry and typing, with a minimum speed of 40 words per minute.
  • Basic Computer Literacy: You will need to have basic computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel).
  • Familiarity with Online Databases and CRM Software: Familiarity with online databases and CRM software is a plus, but not required.
