Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to inbound calls from clients, resolving their queries, and providing exceptional service
- Handling both Member and Provider calls, ensuring that all queries are resolved efficiently and effectively
- Utilizing the Avaya system to manage calls and provide a seamless customer experience
- Working in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changes quickly, and maintaining a high level of professionalism
- Providing empathetic and caring service to clients, controlling conversations, and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Collaborating with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1-3 years' experience in customer service or a call center environment
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with CRM systems and software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Empathy and the ability to control conversations and resolve issues
- Soft skills, including professionalism, caring, and a customer-centric approach
