Experienced Data Entry Specialist – Development and Construction Industry

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a competitive compensation package, including: * Salary up to $20.00 per hour * Comprehensive health and financial benefits to support your well-being and financial security * Opportunities for career advancement and growth within our organization, empowering you to take on new challenges and develop your skills * A supportive and collaborative work environment that fosters open communication, teamwork, and mutual respect * A dynamic and engaging work experience, with built-in filing and copying time to vary daily tasks and reduce monotony What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Reading customer and shipping orders submitted in person, via our print catalog, and online; deciphering handwriting that can be challenging to read * Keying data into specific Microsoft Excel fields and verifying that the data is accurate before entering it * Ensuring consistent data across our system, checking for updates such as customer address changes * Reporting any data errors or anomalies to your supervisor * Performing filing, copying, and other administrative duties for approximately three hours per day, while spending around five hours daily on data entry What is Required (Qualifications) To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) * Strong reading comprehension and critical thinking skills to accurately interpret and process data * Excellent organizational and communication skills to effectively collaborate with our team and stakeholders * Patience for repetitive work, with a focus on maintaining accuracy and attention to detail * Ability to maintain accurate and updated logs of ongoing work, ensuring seamless tracking and reporting How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) If you have: * Reading knowledge of English and Spanish (approximately 5-10% of orders are in Spanish), enabling you to effectively process and manage multilingual data * One to two years of experience with data entry and/or filing, providing a solid foundation for this role * Social perceptiveness and service orientation, allowing you to provide exceptional customer service and support Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we're committed to helping you grow and develop your skills.
