Responsibilities:

* Process all incoming healthcare claim forms sent by our clients, digitalizing them in a format provided by arenaflex

• Input all claim details with high accuracy, meeting the expected keystrokes per hour or words per minute standards
• Perform image classification, indexing, and general data entry tasks
• Review and confirm all captured data for accuracy before submitting or completing documents
• Utilize various systems to work on different tasks and projects
• Work within established procedures and practices, with close supervision
• Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless data processing and high-quality results

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Data Entry:

Proficient in data entry software and systems, with the ability to accurately and efficiently process large volumes of data

10-Key:

Skilled in typing and data entry using the 10-key by touch method, with a high level of accuracy

Computer Proficiency:

Proficient in using computers, Microsoft applications, and internet-based systems

Communication:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients

Attention to Detail:

High level of attention to detail, with the ability to accurately and efficiently process data

Time Management:

Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage time effectively

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required

Experience:

1 year of experience in data entry or a related field, with a strong understanding of medical claims forms and data processing

Preferred Qualifications:

* Basic knowledge of medical claims forms

• Experience working through VPN connections
• Familiarity with data extraction tools and software
