As a customer service representative, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with our domestic and international customers in our lobbies and at gates, supporting them with ticketing, luggage, and more. You'll have the opportunity to learn and grow into leadership roles, with over half of our leaders starting in the operation.

Key Responsibilities:

* Interact with customers in a kind and beneficial manner, crafting memorable experiences and building customer loyalty and retention

• Step up and anticipate customer needs while maintaining a strong sense of responsibility, even in challenging situations
• Work daily with a safety mentality, ensuring the highest standards of safety and security for yourself and others
• Navigate challenges through being steady but adaptable, retaining composure and handling issues while maintaining a positive attitude
• Run collaboratively with others, assisting colleagues and supporting them in achieving success with new processes and technologies

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

• Minimum of 18 years old
• Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies
• Physical ability to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift, as well as carry and handle luggage
• Potential to acquire a SIDA badge and meet airport requirements for badging
• Legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Ability to meet the company's attendance requirements and uniform and appearance standards

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in the aviation industry

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with software applications
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
