  • Monthly Patching using a custom process that is deployed against all workload accounts for each environment in a careful and methodical manner that requires internal corporate communications to key stakeholders along the way to ensure there are no breaking changes caused by patching.
  • Quarterly version upgrades for all environments which requires extreme attention-to-detail for upgrading all container add-on components, dependencies and tools.
  • Annually upgrade all database versions.
  • CVE remediation on a regular basis for all systems.
  • Monitor intrusion detection alerts and create backlog tickets for new CVEs and work with the DevOps team to plan and prioritize remediation.
