This position will work to transform raw data into meaningful insights that drive strategic decision-making across the organization. The primary goal of this position is to improve operational efficiency, profitability, and create a competitive edge for HorsePower Brands.Key Accountabilities:Develop Performance Metrics and Dashboards: Define metrics, create user-friendly dashboards, and deliver timely, accurate reports to support decision-making.Manage Data Retrieval and Analysis: Coordinate data collection, ensure integrity, and analyze datasets to uncover trends and opportunities.Transform Data into Actionable Insights: Use analytical tools to interpret data, identify patterns, and provide impactful recommendations.Monitor Trends and Develop Insights: Continuously review data to highlight trends, identify anomalies, and guide strategic decisions.Collaborate With Stakeholders: Partner with teams to understand their analytical needs, design tailored solutions and align data efforts with organizational goals.Other duties may be assigned RequirementsBachelor’s degree in a related field - I.E, Data Science, Statistics, Business Administration.Minimum of one (1) or more years of professional experience in data analysis or a similar role.Strong analytical abilities with attention to detail.Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques and methodologies.Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.Industry certifications (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or SQL) are a plus.Physical RequirementsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an Associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
