Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Ergonomics and Health Specialist, you will be responsible for:
Developing and implementing ergonomic solutions
to reduce the risk of worker injuries and aircraft damage
Leading and supporting ergonomic-related research and analysis
across the organization
Managing and coordinating large-scale innovation projects
related to ergonomic improvement
Collaborating with cross-functional teams
to develop and implement procedures to reduce the risk of worker injuries and aircraft damage
Providing training and support
to employees on ergonomic best practices and procedures
Analyzing data and metrics
to identify trends and areas for improvement
Developing and implementing health and wellness initiatives
to promote a healthy and safe work environment
What You'll Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A Bachelor's degree
in a related field such as occupational health and safety, biomechanics, kinesiology, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
, with the ability to interpret data and metrics
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Ability to learn and adapt quickly
, with a strong desire to stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and best practices
