Job Summary

As an Experienced Virtual Customer Care Advisor – Remote Healthcare Support, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients via phone, email, and web. You'll work closely with our team to resolve complex issues, answer questions, and provide expert guidance on billing, insurance verification, products, and services. With a focus on delivering exceptional service, you'll be the face of blithequark, building long-term relationships with our clients and driving customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist customers and other advisors via phone, email, and web with questions about billing/insurance verification, products, or services

  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of customer inquiries
  • Identify and resolve complex issues, escalating to pharmacists or other experts as needed
  • Provide technical assistance to customers while browsing pharmacy.blithequark.com
  • Assist with customer inquiries regarding their insurance and payments, as well as shipping needs
  • Serve customers in a timely manner, ensuring maximum relationship potential
  • Recognize that each relationship represents more than a solution to a single problem, but an opportunity to build a long-term relationship

Eligibility Criteria

* Must live in the state of Arizona

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • More than 6 months of professional experience in computer and web applications
  • Multi-tasking experience and phone and computer skills
  • A high-speed internet connection from DSL, cable, or cable to the home (Fios or fiberoptic) with a minimum internet speed of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload
  • Ability to change your schedule frequently (every 3 weeks), with two week notices
  • Ability to work in a private environment free of distractions (e.g. barking dogs, TV noise, music, children, etc.) and able to give full attention to the client during work hours

Preferred Qualifications

* More than one year of relevant experience in customer service via phone or email

  • Communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Experience working in a customer service or call center
  • Work experience in the medical field
  • Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced work environment while consistently meeting productivity and quality standards
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team
