Job Overview

As a remote contract AI Voice and Text-based Chatbot Developer, you'll play a critical role in designing, building, and deploying an advanced chatbot solution that can handle customer support and inbound sales calls, capture leads, send outbound text and email, and make calendar bookings in Office 365 Outlook. If you're an expert in conversational AI applications, with a passion for problem-solving and a knack for creating human-like interactions, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

* Design and develop a voice and text-based chatbot using platforms such as Voiceflow, Dialogflow, or Rasa, with a focus on creating seamless and intuitive user experiences.

• Integrate the chatbot with Office 365 Outlook Calendar using Microsoft Graph API and Power Automate, ensuring seamless workflow automation.
• Implement natural language understanding (NLU) capabilities to accurately interpret and respond to user inputs, leveraging platforms like Dialogflow, Rasa, or similar.
• Develop and maintain conversational flows, ensuring the chatbot provides accurate and helpful responses that meet user expectations.
• Test, debug, and refine the chatbot to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction, using tools like Voiceflow, Synthflow, and Twilio.
• Collaborate with the team to gather requirements, provide updates, and deliver a high-quality product that meets our vision and goals.
• Continuously monitor, analyze, and improve the chatbot's performance based on user feedback and interaction data, using tools like Google Sheets, Airtable, and other APIs as needed.

Essential Qualifications

* Proven experience in developing AI chatbots with voice and text capabilities, with a strong understanding of NLU and conversational AI principles.

• Proficiency with no-code/low-code platforms like Voiceflow, Dialogflow, or Rasa, with experience in API integrations, particularly Microsoft Graph API.
• Strong programming skills in languages like Python, JavaScript, or similar, with experience in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with Office 365 services and ecosystem, with a strong understanding of UX design principles for conversational interfaces.

• Familiarity with other AI and machine learning frameworks and tools, such as Twilio, Vonage, or similar.
• Knowledge of UX design principles for conversational interfaces, with experience in creating user-centered design solutions.
