Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant - Data Entry & Customer Service Representative to join our team on a part-time remote basis. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing data entry tasks, and supporting our team with administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers via phone, email, and chat

  • Process data entry tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Assist with administrative duties, such as responding to emails, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of company products and services to provide informed support to customers
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, data entry, or a related field

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes quickly

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
