The Role
As a Tier 1 Remote Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the face of blithequark, providing exceptional support to customers through various channels, including phones, chats, and e-books. You'll work on a variety of projects, collaborating with our clients to deliver top-notch support and ensure their customers have an amazing experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide Tier 1 level support to customers through phone, chat, and e-book channels
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues for web and mobile apps
- Multitask in multiple browsers and browser tabs while handling customer communications
- Demonstrate a strong ability to walk customers through the process of navigating a mobile app/website and downloading/installing an application
- Show empathy and a professional demeanor in all interactions
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and objectives
Requirements
* 1+ year of experience in customer support, preferably in a Tier 1 environment
- Proficiency in Zendesk and other ticketing systems
- Experience with inbound calls, chat, and email support
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Tech-savvy with Mac, PC, iOS, Chromebook, Kindle Fire, and Android computers/devices and applications
- Reliable internet speed and service
- Dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above
- Quality headset
- Quiet workspace to take calls
- Willingness to install MSQ security software and 2FA app on the phone
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with e-book support and creation
- Familiarity with social media platforms and online communities
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Certification in customer support or a related field
- Fluency in multiple languages
