About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Developer to join our team at blithequark. As an IAM Developer, you'll play a critical role in designing, building, and launching customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, and Joiner, Mover, and Leaver within our Identity and Intelligence Quotient (IIQ) system. You'll work closely with our international-class software and platform teams to design and implement software integrations that meet our scalable and agile requirements.

Key Responsibilities
As an IAM Developer at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:
- Designing, building, and launching customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, and Joiner, Mover, and Leaver within IIQ
- Experience in installation management and troubleshooting of IAM solutions in an enterprise environment
- SailPoint implementation experience with strong IAM domain best practices, design, and maintenance of data
- Implementation of JML events, custom/OOTB LCM Workflows to meet business requirements
- Robust knowledge of WebServices, RestAPI & SCIM API connectors and Provisioning rules to customize software onboarding
- Strong exposure to general identity control, access control, RBAC, role mining, access aggregation/certification, and Federation
- Strong experience with exchange deployment/release management experience
- Experience of Java, JavaScript, XML, DSML, Linux, Tomcat, Oracle, and other relevant technologies
What You'll Bring
To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring:
- A strong passion for identity and access management
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in systems and infrastructure engineering or a related field at a tech, retail, or data-driven company
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field
- Strong experience with SailPoint implementation and IAM domain best practices
- Experience with installation management and troubleshooting of IAM solutions in an enterprise environment
- Strong knowledge of WebServices, RestAPI & SCIM API connectors and Provisioning rules
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- A strong understanding of cloud transformation and security
