Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional support to our clients through various communication channels. You will be responsible for answering client inquiries, providing product information, and helping customers resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and interactive voice response systems
- Assess customers' needs and provide the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
- Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies to ensure consistency and quality
- Meet and exceed personal and team target goals for customer satisfaction and resolution
- Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
- Upsell products or services as needed to enhance customer experience and revenue growth
- Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs in a timely and professional manner
Requirements and Qualifications
* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
- Basic computer skills and experience with customer service software and systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and achieve goals
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills to ensure efficient and effective use of time
- Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Must reside in California
