Job Summary

As a part-time Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members via phone, email, and chat. You will be the primary point of contact for our members, answering their questions and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to inbound calls and emails from members regarding their healthcare plans, benefits, and services
  • Providing accurate and timely information to members regarding their coverage, eligibility, and claims
  • Resolving member complaints and concerns in a fair and professional manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns as needed
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of member interactions
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
