Job Summary
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
- Answering client inquiries and providing product information in a timely and professional manner
- Resolving customer issues and concerns in a fair and empathetic manner
- Providing excellent customer care and focus, with a strong emphasis on meeting and exceeding customer expectations
- Managing incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems
- Learning and following all customer service procedures and policies
- Striving to meet and exceed personal and team target goals
- Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes
- Upselling and scheduling call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive customer experience and resolution
- Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems
- Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies
- Meet and exceed personal and team target goals
- Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes
- Upsell and schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and services to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements
* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic computer skills and experience with customer service software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns
- Customer-focused for positive customer experience and resolution
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
