Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to residential and business customers via phone, email, and chat

• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
• Utilize computer software and systems to access customer information, resolve issues, and document interactions
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of blithequark's products and services to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
• Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* A minimum of one year of experience working in a customer service-related field

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency with computer software and systems, including internet browsers, email, and ability to learn new software
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to handle private and confidential information with discretion
• A strong work ethic, demonstrating dependability and a commitment to meeting performance metrics

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a call center environment

• Good conflict resolution skills and experience in resolving complex customer issues
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and systems

Schedule and Work Environment

* Work from home in a quiet and distraction-free environment

• Flexible schedules available, including:

+ Tuesday through Saturday from 1 pm to 9 pm + Sunday through Thursday from 1 pm to 9 pm

• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Reliable high-speed internet connection required
