About the Role

As a Full Stack Route Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our delivery operations, working closely with our drivers and customers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of packages. This is a seasonal role, with the opportunity to work up to 40 hours per week, and is ideal for individuals who are looking for a challenging and rewarding experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist drivers with package delivery, including loading and unloading packages from vehicles * Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and communication * Use technology to track packages and manage delivery routes * Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to UPS safety protocols and procedures * Meet productivity and quality standards, with a focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred * 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a focus on communication and problem-solving * Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and communication * Basic computer skills, with the ability to learn and use technology to track packages and manage delivery routes

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a logistics or transportation role, with a focus on delivery and customer service * Knowledge of UPS systems and processes, including package tracking and delivery routes * Ability to work in a warehouse or distribution center environment, with a focus on safety and efficiency * Experience with technology, including software and hardware systems used in logistics and transportation * Ability to speak multiple languages, with a focus on serving diverse customer populations
