Job Summary

As a Part-Time Remote Operations Chat Support Specialist – Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients' customers through live chat on their websites. You will work independently, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with product information and updates
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer support and resolve complex issues
• Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., communications, customer service) preferred

• 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a live chat or call center environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customer groups
• Ability to work independently, using your own initiative and judgment to resolve customer issues
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
• Proficiency in using technology, including computers, software applications, and internet-based tools
• Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
• Availability to work a minimum of 5 hours per week, with flexibility to work up to 40 hours per week
