Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Remote Data Entry Specialist / Typing Professional to join our Talent Acquisition Team. As a key member of our multicultural team, you'll be responsible for supporting our recruiting efforts, identifying potential candidates, and analyzing professional profiles in job portals. If you're a proactive, detail-oriented, and analytical professional with excellent teamwork and multitasking skills, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

* Support the Recruiting area in the identification and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches

• Propose new alternatives to identify candidates and improve our current processes
• Manage notices in different job portals and evaluate candidates who apply to them
• Identify and analyze professional profiles in job portals for our open searches
• Collaborate with our multicultural team to achieve our recruiting goals

Essential Qualifications

* Proactivity and ability to work in a team

• Marked attention to detail in daily work
• 1+ previous work experience (a plus)
• Advanced English level

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in data entry, recruitment, or a related field

• Familiarity with job portals and recruitment software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
