  • Navigate multiple systems and platforms simultaneously, demonstrating adaptability and technical proficiency.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
