We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at blithequark. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our clients, resolving product complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Schedule and Compensation Details

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll enjoy an attractive hybrid work solution that offers the best of both worlds. Our schedule includes: * Office Rotation: Tuesday/Thursday and every other Friday * Work from Home Rotation: Monday/Wednesday and every other Friday * Competitive pay rate: $26 per hour In addition to a competitive salary, you'll also enjoy a range of benefits, including: * Medical and dental benefits * Paid training to ensure you have the skills and knowledge to succeed * Opportunity to gain valuable experience in a dynamic and supportive work environment

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your typical day will involve: * Processing product complaints through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat * Maintaining a positive experience while investigating complaints in a timely and courteous manner * Accurately updating databases with pertinent details and product information * Escalating issues based on severity to appropriate levels as needed * Ensuring confidentiality of caller and proprietary information by following procedures set forth for handling complaints

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A high school diploma or equivalent * At least 6 months of customer service experience * Strong problem-solving and organizational skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Ability to work a hybrid work schedule comprised of weekly office and remote requirements
