About the Role: Gymnastics Instructor

We're seeking a dedicated and skilled Gymnastics Instructor to join our team in San Antonio, TX. As a Gymnastics Instructor at The Little Gym, you'll play a vital role in delivering our proprietary curriculum and teaching methods to children aged 4 months to 12 years. Your enthusiasm, patience, and ability to create a safe and engaging environment will make a lasting impact on the lives of our young students and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach gymnastics classes to children of various ages and skill levels, using our proven curriculum and teaching methods
• Provide an outstanding customer service experience, ensuring that our members feel valued and supported
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized gym environment, adhering to our high standards of health and safety
• Host birthday parties and other events, creating a fun and memorable experience for children and their families
• Develop positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, fostering a sense of community and teamwork

Essential Qualifications:

• Background in child development, physical education, gymnastics, or dance (or related fields)
• Ability to create a fun, engaging, and safe environment for children
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Availability to work morning shifts (specific hours to be discussed during the interview process)
• First aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with children in a gymnastics or educational setting
• Knowledge of gymnastics and movement skills for children
• Certification in gymnastics instruction or a related field
• Ability to lift and move equipment, as well as engage in physical activity with children
