About the Role

This is a remote part-time evening customer support position, offering flexible hours within the range of 4 PM to 10 PM EST. As a Remote Part-Time Evening Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing timely and effective support through various communication channels. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
