We're seeking a highly skilled and self-driven Head of Operations and Client Delivery to join our leadership team and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Leadership: Develop and implement cross-functional strategies to drive operational excellence, ensuring smooth and efficient operations across Partner Success & Client Support, Content Delivery, and Online Instruction units.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze internal operations, identify areas for enhancement, and drive process improvements to maximize customer satisfaction and deliver high-quality content.
  • Customer Engagement: Oversee customer engagement and technical/client support, ensuring timely and effective resolution of client queries.
  • Integration Management: Manage integration with various stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Monitor performance metrics, establish corrective measures as needed, and prepare detailed reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Team Leadership: Lead operations units, including Client Services, Content Development, Partner Success & Client Support, and Online Instruction, to achieve short-term and long-term objectives.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop actionable business strategies, tactics, and execute plans that align with company objectives and drive growth.

What You Bring

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 6+ years of experience in Management of Strategic Operations, with a focus on process improvement and operational excellence.
  • Strong leadership skills, with a steadfast resolve and personal integrity.
  • A solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose issues quickly and anticipate potential problems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Industrial or Supply Chain Management.
  • Lean Six Sigma Certification.
  • Education sector experience.
  • Passion for education and a commitment to making a positive impact.

You'll be a self-driven individual with a resourceful and proactive approach to problem-solving. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you'll be working closely with various stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
