DevOps Engineer

Most of the time you will:

• Orchestrate a complex ecosystem of products, built using Java Spring, React.js, Node.js, Serverless, GraphQL, Postgres SQL, Mongo DB, Docker, Kubernetes and more
• Build continent crossing CI/CD infrastructure
• Be responsible for efficient software/tools usage across multiple organizations
• Innovate to ensure constant uptime and resiliency of the infrastructure

Sometimes you'll have to:

• Manage Amazon Cloud (AWS) environments - Debian Linux. EC2, RDS, Elastic Load Balancers, etc.
• Create deployment scripts for Jenkins using Bash, Ansible or other tools
• Managing Web environments - nginx Web Server
• Knowledge of Java environments, including Maven, is a plus
• Manage networks - ports, security groups, etc.

Requirements

We expect a successful candidate to have:

• Good knowledge of CI/CD methodologies
• Experience with AWS stack, including EC2, S3, CloudFront, RDS, Lambda, serverless and more
• Proven experience with Terraform, Ansible and Jenkins (or similar tools)
• Experience in Database management
• Good knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes

• Have a collaborative mindset and enjoy sharing knowledge with other team members
• Have exceptional communication skills and a passion for CI/CD
• Experience working in Agile teams (SCRUM, Kanban)
• Good English (written is a must, spoken is nice to have)

Nice to have:

• Some software development experience
• Team management experience
• Software licensing optimization experience
