Key Responsibilities

As a Senior RTA, you will be responsible for:

  • Real-Time Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor and analyze real-time service levels, operational KPIs, and site-level performances to ensure optimal delivery of customer service operations.
  • Operational Metrics Management: Ensure that operational metrics such as service levels, occupancy, productivity, and shrinkage are met by all organizations and skills at the daily level.
  • Collaboration and Liaison: Liaise with network POCs (WFM and Ops) for owned organizations and skills to identify gaps and opportunity areas that may impact operational metrics.
  • Capacity Alignment and Planning: Ensure timely closure of all planning-related activities, including training, QA requests, optional and mandatory holidays planning, shift rollovers, and BCP planning.
  • Mentorship and Development: Mentor and develop fellow RTAs with WFM required skills and knowledge.
  • Process Improvement: Deep dive and provide insights on metric misses with factual callouts and path to greens (PTGs), ensuring that expected processes are followed by Operations and simplifying current processes to remove waste or non-value enablers.

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree: In a relevant field such as Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

  • 3+ Years of Experience: In a similar role, preferably in a customer service or workforce management environment.
  • Analytical Skills: Proven analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data to drive business decisions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with workforce management tools and systems.

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's Degree: In a relevant field such as Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

  • Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Six Sigma, Lean, or WFM certifications.
  • Experience with WFM Tools: Experience with workforce management tools and systems, such as Workforce Central or similar platforms.
  • Leadership Experience: Leadership experience in a similar role, preferably in a customer service or workforce management environment.
