In this position, you will represent our brand by identifying customer preferences and assisting them with product choices for themselves or as gifts. - Deliver excellent customer service using product knowledge and effective sales approaches reflecting company values - Establish meaningful customer connections by assessing needs, sharing product insights, demonstrating merchandise, and offering personalized recommendations - Promote the rewards program and encourage signups both at the register and throughout the sales area - Assist in restocking and keeping product displays neat and well-maintained - Participate in organizing the store, changing merchandise layouts, and setting up promotional displays as required - Perform routine physical activities such as standing, walking, reaching, lifting, using ladders, bending, and kneeling to help customers and keep the store in order; frequently able to lift 10 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds - Maintain a secure, tidy, and inviting environment by following established safety and health practices - Consistently adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards Qualifications

- Enthusiastic about working with the public in a retail location - Previous sales or customer service background in a fast-moving setting - Strong communication skills, willing to receive feedback, and quick to adjust to changes - Able to resolve issues related to the store or customers confidently and efficiently - Prepared to work during peak business hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays Core Competencies
