About the Role

As Tomorrow Health's first in-house Demand Generation Associate, you will play a pivotal role in driving our revenue growth by developing and executing a consistent and effective demand generation strategy focused on health plan customers. This role reports directly to the VP of Marketing and involves close collaboration with the Chief Growth Officer and the Health Plan Sales team.

You're a marketing generalist with a proven track record in organizing events, creating account-based marketing programs, and activating nurture channels. In this capacity, you'll work closely with our sales and marketing teams to craft messaging and outreach strategies that drive highly qualified leads and nurture them through the sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, social media, webinars, podcasts, events, and digital advertising to drive engagement and lead generation.
  • Lead Generation: Develop and manage initiatives to nurture and qualify leads for the sales team, ensuring a steady pipeline of potential customers.
  • Content Generation: Collaborate with internal teams and contractors to create compelling sales enablement materials that resonate with target audiences and accelerate sales.
  • Enterprise Marketing: Oversee Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy and demand generation programs tailored to drive pipeline, revenue, and engagement within key segments.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze campaign performance and market trends to optimize strategies and channels. Regularly report on ROI and package best practices for future campaigns.
  • Budget Management: Effectively manage and allocate budget to maximize campaign performance and ROI.
  • Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest marketing technologies and trends to innovate and improve demand generation tactics.

Essential Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of proven experience in lead generation, demand generation, digital marketing, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
  • Strong understanding of healthcare B2B marketing, lead generation, and sales processes.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM reporting tools.
  • Proficiency with CRMs like Hubspot, Salesforce, and marketing automation tools like Zapier.
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
  • Exceptional writing and external collaboration skills.
  • Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and execute multiple activities/projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in health plan or payor go-to-market motions.
  • Experience in managing sponsored campaigns and interacting with channel or industry partners on demand generation programs.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications, plus equity. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
