About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven professional to leadacquisition and growth initiativesfor our Mutual Fund business at Paytm Money. The role demands deep expertise in the broking industry, customer acquisition funnels, and growth levers toscale customer base and enhance engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Acquisition: Develop and execute strategies to drive new customer acquisition for the Mutual Fund vertical.
Growth Levers: Identify and optimize digital and offline channels to maximize acquisition and engagement.
Partnerships: Build and manage ecosystem partnerships to accelerate customer growth.
Data-Driven Insights: Leverage analytics to track performance, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement in acquisition and retention.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and business teams to deliver measurable growth outcomes.
Key Requirements
6–9 years of proven experience inacquisition and growth roles within the broking industry.
Strong understanding ofcustomer acquisition models, digital funnels, and retention strategies.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
