Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant (Remote - Brazil)

We are looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant to join a 100% remote project focused on large-scale B2C operations in industries such as hospitality, travel, and retail. This position is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in Marketing Cloud and customer journey orchestration.

Tasks

• Design, implement, and optimize campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Create and manage journeys with Journey Builder and orchestrate communications through Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder
• Manage and configure Data Extensions and Data Views to support personalized campaigns
• Work on integrations with external tools and platforms such as Snowflake, Google Analytics, and Looker
• Support audience segmentation strategies and campaign performance tracking
• Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to align campaign delivery with business goals

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud in B2C environments
• Solid knowledge of: Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Contact Builder
• Solid knowledge of: Data Extensions and Data Views
• Solid knowledge of: Audience segmentation and campaign automation
• Experience with data integration and analytics tools (Snowflake, Google Analytics, Looker)
• Intermediate English (required)
• Availability for full-time remote work from Brazil
