Your mission:

  • Lead with integrity, professionalism, and a team-first mindset aligned with Mercer’s strategic goals.
  • Drive Mercer’s Health and Benefits strategy by collaborating seamlessly with a large, matrixed Voluntary Benefits team.
  • Manage and mentor marketing colleagues to boost brand strength and fuel growth.
  • Craft and execute communications strategies that expand, penetrate, and retain client relationships by deeply understanding their needs and market trends.
  • Partner with marketing teams to deliver actionable insights that elevate campaign performance.

What you bring to the table:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 10+ years of proven success delivering Voluntary Benefits communications to large, complex employers.
  • Exceptional project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels.
