Real Estate Analyst (Real Estate Analyst 4)
Real Estate Analyst (Real Estate Analyst 4) responsible for managing and optimizing the real estate portfolio of HII's Mission Technologies Division. This position combines traditional real estate analysis with sophisticated data management and analytics, requiring a detail-oriented candidate skilled at transforming complex financial and real estate information into actionable insights.
Requirements
- 10 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 8 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 14 years relevant experience.
- Ability to multi-task, work successfully under pressure, and effectively prioritize and manage time and workload
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Highly analytical and detail oriented
- Understanding of operating expense reconciliation process
- Willingness to take on new challenges, responsibilities, and assignments
- Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel
- Consistently reliable with a proven track record of follow-through and accountability
