Who We Are Looking For?

We’re looking for an AI Systems Manager with an engineering background and a passion for applying AI to real-world business environments. This is a part time position. You should bring at least 3+ years of coding experience (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar) combined with a solid understanding of LLMs, AI agents, and workflow automation. This is not a heavy coding role — but you need the technical depth to configure, customize, and troubleshoot AI systems. More importantly, your real drive lies in AI enablement over pure coding: structuring adoption, training others, and turning AI capabilities into secure, scalable business workflows. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building systems, enabling teams, and driving AI productivity across organizations — not just writing code.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and manage AI systems and agents for internal and client environments

• Train and adapt AI agents and models for diverse business use cases and security levels

• Identify opportunities for AI-driven workflows and implement them into structured, compliant processes

• Write and adapt code where needed to integrate AI systems into existing applications and workflows

• Enable teams through workshops, documentation, and playbooks that make AI usage practical and scalable

• Manage licensing, access rights, and usage monitoring across multiple projects

• Translate technical AI capabilities into clear, usable solutions tailored to client workflows

• Track adoption and continuously refine systems to maximize productivity and business impact

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar)

• Solid technical understanding of LLMs, AI agent frameworks, and workflow automation

• Practical experience integrating AI tools into real processes (not just theoretical knowledge)

• Strong problem-solving and structuring mindset, with the ability to create clarity in complex settings

• Passion for productivity, automation, and enabling others to succeed with AI

• High initiative, collaborative, and comfortable leading without formal authority

• Excellent communication and coaching skills with both technical and non-technical colleagues

Nice to Have

• Experience with workflow automation platforms (e.g. Zapier, n8n, Airflow, or similar)

• Background in security-sensitive environments (enterprise IT, finance, healthcare, etc.)
