Netflix is looking for a Production Health & Safety Manager to support its mission to minimize harm, disruption, and uncertainty across productions. The role involves advising production teams, ensuring compliance with regulations, and shaping safety plans that enable creativity while adhering to federal, state, and local regulations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Health & Safety, ideally with a background in production or entertainment.
- Technical health & safety qualifications and/or professional memberships (e.g, CSP, ASP, CIH, OSHM degree or equivalent).
- Strong judgment, calm under pressure, and skilled at navigating ambiguity and conflict.
- Clear communicator — you can translate safety language into something production teams and creatives understand and care about.
- Collaborative mindset — you like working with others to solve problems and create impact.
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
