We’re looking for a dynamic, commercially minded, and results-oriented Senior Data Analyst with a focus on Product & Growth to join our Analytics team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Own key Analytics areas: Take full ownership of key analytics functions, developing and executing a roadmap that aligns with the company’s vision and strategic objectives. These areas may include: SaaS customer lifecycle analytics, A/B experiments to improve customer experience, product analytics, forecasting, performance reporting, and automation of key analytical processes and reporting for scalability and efficiency.
  • Build Dashboards & Reporting: Design and build intuitive dashboards to provide clarity and actionable product insights, bringing transparency to performance metrics, conversion rates, and customer health.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Leverage your analytical skills to generate insights that inform and shape our product and commercial strategies, driving key decision-making across the business.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Partner with cross-functional teams, including Growth, Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations to align analytics with business goals. You will be a key contributor to strategic and operational discussions and initiatives.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage analytics projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business needs. Handle multiple projects simultaneously while managing expectations across diverse teams.
  • Drive Impact: Influence decision-making through data-driven recommendations, ensuring leadership has the insights they need to optimize performance and scale effectively.
What You’ll Bring:
  • Clear, structured thinking, combined with excellent communication skills: Fluent in English, you can translate complex data into clear and concise insights that resonate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior executives.
  • Energy & passion for using data to make an impact: A pro-active self-starter, you’re excited by the opportunity to take full ownership for your work, from developing a vision, to executing on that roadmap, and delivering measurable impact.
  • A collaborative mindset: You thrive in cross-functional environments and are comfortable working closely with teams across different functions and geographies.
  • Strong technical skills: Comfortable with SQL code, spreadsheet analysis, and building dashboards.
  • Project management experience: You’re adept at managing multiple stakeholders, setting priorities, and delivering on project milestones.
  • 5+ years of experience in analytics, with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights that drive business outcomes.
  • A bonus if you have: An understanding of the SaaS customer lifecycle, and / or experience in top tier consulting roles.
