About the Role:The Conversations team powers millions of customer interactions daily across SMS, email, WhatsApp, and more. Our frontend handles billions of UI events/month, deep workflows, multi-tenant complexity, and real-time state sync. We push Vue.js to its limits. You’ll lead the frontend architecture—building systems that last, frameworks that scale, and experiences that feel instant.

Responsibilities:

• Architect and evolve the Vue.js platform for scale, performance, and modularity
• Own rendering logic, state management, and shared UI systems
• Eliminate jank, reduce complexity, and drive pixel-perfect UX
• Define frontend architecture patterns and enforce design/code quality
• Collaborate across backend, platform, design, and product
• Mentor the team; hire and grow top-tier frontend talent
• You build for others — design systems, patterns, infra, and documentation
• Develop the platforms and frameworks that serve as the foundation for others to innovate and build upon

Requirements:

• 7+ years of frontend experience; Preferably 2+ years scaling Vue.js systems
• Deep in Vue’s/React’s internals—reactivity, lifecycle, Composition API, Pinia/Vuex or similar store management
• Built and maintained large-scale SPAs with complex state/data flows
• Strong grasp of performance: bundle strategy, lazy loading, virtual DOM tuning
• Fluent in modern tooling: Vite, Webpack, Linting, etc.
• Expert in profiling and using Chrome Dev tools to troubleshoot performance bottlenecks.
• Comfortable with frontend testing at all levels (unit, integration, E2E)
• Care deeply about accessibility, semantics, and long-term code health
• Communicate with clarity and lead by technical example
