at Parser, you will be responsible o power the solutions that help Parser around the world

The Impact You'll Make - Core Areas :

  • Hybrid, (2 days on-site) at Parser´s Office
  • Running regular checks on network, platform and data security.
  • Identifying and acting on opportunities to improve and update software and systems.
  • Identifying opportunities for team training and skills advancement.
  • Developing and implementing IT policies and best practice guides for the organisation
  • Designing training programs and workshops for the internal staff
  • Conducting regular system audits.
  • Running and sharing regular operation system reports with senior staff.
  • Participating in major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations, outages and implementations.
  • Identifying opportunities for team training and skills advancement.

What You'll Bring To Us:

  • +5 years of IT system administration experience.
  • +5 years of Support and Infrastructure experience.
  • Experience with or knowledge of programming languages and operating systems (MacOS, Linux and other Windows-based systems), current equipment and technologies, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, and system performance monitoring.
  • Expertise in implementing, configuring, and testing solutions.
  • Knowledge in cloud computing.
  • GSuite Administration.
  • Azure Administration.
  • Slack Administration.
  • Linux/macOS/Windows 10 advanced administration knowledge.
  • Networking intermediate knowledge.
  • Scripting/Bash/Powershell.
  • ITIL or similar industry best practices knowledge.
  • Proven technical and support skills.
  • Strong creative and analytical thinking.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop effective relationships with peers and leaders.
  • Excellent written and verbal English and Spanish communication skills.
  • Identifying opportunities for team training and skills advancement.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of IT system administration experience.
  • 5+ years of Support and Infrastructure experience.
  • Experience with or knowledge of SaaS platforms and operating systems (macOS, Linux, and Windows), current IT equipment and technologies, backup and recovery procedures, and system performance monitoring.
  • Experience in implementing, configuring, and testing IT solutions.
  • Knowledge of Saas platforms.
  • Experience with Google Workspace administration.
  • Experience with Azure AD Administration.
  • Experience with Slack Administration.
  • Experience with Intune administration.
  • MacOS/Windows 10 administration knowledge.
  • Networking intermediate knowledge.
  • ITIL or similar industry best practices knowledge will be valued.
  • Proven technical and support skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop effective relationships with peers, leaders.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
