About the role:

We’re looking for a Team Leader to join and head up our Marketing Design Team. You’ll lead the team responsible for all of the company’s external communications — including the website, social media, blog, media publications, online and offline conferences, print materials, and swag.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize the work of the design team: plan tasks in sprints and manage project deadlines.
• Build and optimize processes, collaborate with stakeholders and other departments.
• Mentor the team: support professional growth, create a competency matrix, and plan development paths.
• Motivate designers and maintain a high level of engagement and quality.
• Present and defend design decisions.
• Work with external resources (agencies, freelancers, Upwork).
• Oversee creative concepts, provide art direction, and take part in special projects hands-on.

Skills & Qualifications

• Attention to detail, punctuality, and a structured approach to work
• At least 2 years of experience as a Design Lead or Art Director in marketing or communications
• Experience managing a team of 3 or more people
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on design experience
• A strong portfolio showcasing your work
• Solid understanding of marketing design — what visual solutions work and what don’t
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
