Position Overview

In this role, you will act as a Customer Onboarding Specialist, reporting directly to the Director of Business Operations.You will have the opportunity to support our growth and expansion in multiple countries as well as help us customize the Candex system and onboard global corporations.Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding Candex into our clients' systems by providing relevant information and documents
  • Coordinate with Sales / Account leads / CSMs and handling day to day customer emails
  • Regular audit and maintenance of the entity details and supporting documents
  • Assist in streamlining processes to make them efficient
  • Verify customer data by performing compliance checks
Qualifications and skills:

  • Previous experience in a customer support/ financial operations/ onboarding role
  • Undergraduate Bachelor’s degree in economics/finance/accounting is preferred
  • Fintech/Hi-tech experience is preferred
  • Impressive interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in procurement systems like Ariba, Coupa, Tungsten, Taulia etc is preferred
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Tech savvy with the ability to pick up new technology quickly
  • High level of English, both written and spoken. Additional language is an advantage
  • Monday - Friday workdays are preferable
