M1 - SAP Implementation Engineering Lead

• Lead the implementation of ERP (SAP), coordinating internal teams and external consultants to ensure successful delivery.
• Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
• Facilitate communication between development, product, QA, business stakeholders, and ERP vendors.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and impediments to keep projects on track.
• Ensure all ERP-related deliverables meet quality, scalability, and security standards.
• Provide guidance, resources, and leadership to teams to achieve high performance.
• Promote an autonomous and collaborative team culture.

• 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or mentoring role.
• Proven experience implementing ERP systems (SAP preferred), including managing external vendors/consultants.
• Strong understanding of SAP workflows and integration in complex business environments.
• Experience in modern development technologies (.NET, Java, TypeScript, React, React Native, Node.js) and microservices.
• Familiarity with containerized development, RESTful API integration, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
