At Wolt, we’re all about creating exceptional experiences for our partners and customers alike. Our Onboarding team plays a crucial role in that mission — helping new restaurant partners get up and running on the Wolt platform with a great digital presence from day one. We're now looking for a Platform Associate to join this team and take part in building the restaurant experience inside the app.

This role is full-time, based in our Tel Aviv office, and offers an exciting opportunity to learn about user experience, digital structure, and operational excellence while working closely with our local and global teams.

As a Platform Associate, you'll be responsible for creating and maintaining digital menus for our restaurant partners on the Wolt platform. Your work directly affects how customers engage with our app, and plays a key role in ensuring a smooth and clear ordering experience.

Day-to-day in this role you’ll

• Build and design in-app menus for our restaurant partners
• Regularly update menus to ensure accuracy and freshness
• Support partners with technical issues or changes related to their menusEnsure menus comply with legal requirements and align with platform capabilities, ensuring a smooth user experience

• Technical ability and logical thinking with an aesthetic sense.
• Ability to deliver excellent results on repeated tasks 
• Great eye for detail and willingness to perfection.
• Arabic Content Writing Experience - Advantage
• Fluent in Hebrew, Arabic and English.
