Key Responsibilities:
Assist in evaluating and improving internal workflows and systems
Help integrate platforms like GoHighLevel, Office Ally, and Monday.com
Support communications with our billing company and track deliverables
Help document SOPs and internal processes
Assist with hiring logistics and onboarding support
Collaborate with marketing team to build campaigns and monitor performance
Look for ways to streamline day-to-day clinic operations
Qualifications:
0–2 years of experience in operations or admin roles (internships count!)
Familiarity with CRM or project tools (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, etc.)
Tech-curious with a desire to learn automation and workflow tools
Great communication and organizational skills
Eager to grow within a fast-paced, healthcare-oriented environment
