Financial Senior Analyst Costs - Pipeline

The Costa Rica FP&A Team is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to support the the Technology business, with all financial deliverables such as month end close responsibilities, cost forecasting, annual budget, regular monitoring of our performance metrics and other ad hoc analysis. You will provide cost partner support internally within the team. There will also be collaboration with Finance teams within Global Technology at Experian. You will report to the FP&A Supervisor.

Main responsibilities:

• Partner with Finance Business Partners to help managing forecasts, actuals, and optimizing spend.
• Oversee full P&L MMC (Monday Morning Call) and month-end processes, communicating with several partners including CTO, BU, and CFO.
• Manage Capital Expenditure (Capex) processes and Forecast, as well as Balance Sheet controls for Prepayments and Accruals.
• Condense complex information into high-level commentary for executive audiences (CFO, CTO) both in writing and verbally.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or other related discipline.
• Master's in business administration, Certified Public Accountant, or other related Master's degree (ideal).
• Advanced English level.
• 4+ years of progressive experience in Finance at a team level, with expert skills in Excel.
• Experience in commercial finance, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis, including financial models for forecasting and business scenario evaluation.
• Skills in interpreting financial data from large datasets, verifying accuracy, and highlighting main insights, with experience in business intelligence tools and financial systems (Power BI, Tableau, Oracle, Hyperion preferred).
