Senior Business Analyst (RPA)

• Engage with stakeholders to collect and clarify business requirements.
• Document requirements in Business Requirements Documents, functional specifications, and use cases.
• Maintain end-to-end traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Analyze proposed solutions for alignment with business objectives and identify gaps.
• Communicate requirements clearly between business and technical teams.
• Map current and future business processes and recommend optimizations.
• Support change management by assessing impacts and updating documentation.
• Define test cases, coordinate user acceptance testing, and validate delivered solutions.
• Track progress of BA tasks and report status to project management.
• Prepare user manuals, deliver training, and ensure knowledge transfer.

• Previous 6 years of experience in BA roles.
• Experience with RPA or AI projects.
• Previous experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and facilitate collaboration.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Availability for business trips to the client's office.
• Manufacturing experience is nice to have.
