SAP Test Manager
As an experienced SAP Test Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful testing of all processes during various test phases, including Functional tests, Integration tests, and User Acceptance Tests (UATs). Your role is critical in facilitating a smooth Go-live for SAP projects.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans for SAP projects.
- Oversee and coordinate all testing activities across multiple test phases.
- Ensure rigorous execution of Functional tests, Integration tests, and User Acceptance Tests.
- Manage and mitigate risks associated with testing processes and outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align testing objectives with project goals.
- Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve critical issues that may impact project timelines or quality.
- Implement and maintain testing standards and best practices.
- Mentor and guide testing team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Continuously evaluate and improve testing methodologies for increased efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in project planning and estimation activities related to testing efforts.
- Manage test environments and data to maintain integrity throughout the testing lifecycle.
- Facilitate effective communication between development, business, and testing teams.
- Provide expert guidance on complex testing scenarios and challenges.
Essential Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Informatics or a comparable field of study.
Experience and Knowledge:
- Minimum of 3 years' comprehensive experience in test management of SAP R/3 and SAP S/4 HANA.
- Demonstrable involvement in at least two SAP implementation projects.
- Proficiency in automated testing methodologies is highly advantageous.
